About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a deep interest in how our developmental and relational experiences shape who we are and influence how we navigate life’s challenges. My passion for psychology comes from my deep fascination with the diversity, uniqueness, and resilience of the human mind, so in my approach to therapy I am most interested in a person-centered focus. This means I will work collaboratively with you to develop a comprehensive understanding of your unique experiences, personality, and the underlying patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing.

With experience in both short- and long-term therapeutic settings, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to support personal growth and address current or enduring difficulties. My approach is centered on curiosity, empathy, and co-exploration, with a focus on seeing you — or your child — as a whole person, rather than as a symptom or problem.
